Customer support you can count on. Sometimes you buy merchandise and you realize you need to return it. And when you do you just never know if you're going to get your money back or not. Then there's companies like Astra. I know that their primary goal is to sell merchandise but they also make a primary goal of after-the-sale customer support. Something we don't see much of today as consumers. So I recommend buying their products but if you have to make a return you can be rest assured it'll go smoothly too.

Case Stand Site, purchase and delivery were all great. The case received doesn't have as good of a kickstand as I had thought it would, so it won't be used, unfortunately.

Do not buy. I thought these looked like quality cases for my new S24, especially considering the almost £50 price tag. It was horrible and plasticky and I wouldn't have trusted it to protect my phone if dropped. Also the customs label on the parcel stated the value of goods £25 - half what I paid. I returned the case to the address on the parcel - needless to say I never received a refund. Terrible company, bad customer service, poor quality product - do not buy.

The cases are the best! The cases are the best! My job takes me to all kinds of places from outdoors on top of buildings to inside on ladders above concrete floors. My phone has fallen many times and the phone is fine. I have broken the screen protector that comes with the case before.

I placed an order two weeks ago I placed an order two weeks ago. I’ve never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number. I’ve researched and there is no phone number available. Some of these reviews mention customer service but it is non-existent. I paid over $40 for a case that I’ve been expecting to arrive And it hasn’t and there is no communication or way to track down anyone in the company. I received the case today (4/9), more than 2 weeks after my original order, and had never received a shipping confirmation/tracking number, until a day or two ago, in my spam folder. The case does not have a brand name, looks to be adequate for protection but not waterproof.
