CAPrompt, effective customer service. Received the wrong model initially. They promptly dealt with the issue and sent me the correct model in black as the blue I ordered wasn't available. I think the original order came from HK through the post, but the replacement was sent from a Canadian Amazon warehouse.

GBI still have not received my order and… I still have not received my order and is already asking for a review. It gave me a tracking number earlier this week but still hasn’t shipped from shipper. It’s location is only half an hour away and it’s taking a whole week and it still hasn’t shipped out. Not sure if it’s a scam or legit I never ordered from this company. It’s an inconvenience and I should have just bought on amazon.

CAI tried to order a Cooper Desk Pro and… I tried to order a Cooper Desk Pro and was given a shipping cost on the website, then I was told it was significantly higher by customer support. No where on the website said that the warehouse in Canada did not have stock at this time and that shipping from Hong Kong would be astronomical. I had to cancel my order.
