Debut screen recorder I bought Debut screen recorder, when i installed it it put a whole lot of useless entries in the start menu, put other entries in the context menus. I'll never buy anything from nch again, i just wanted the screen recorder, I'm going to look around for an alternative screen recorder to replace this asap. This kind of aggressive marketing is ridiculous.

Bought their audioconverter Bought their audioconverter. worked fine. unfortunately they "forgot" to tell, that I had to pay again after a year. So no go from me.

Brilliant time-to-time, when i need some little bits like burn cd (yes, still burning cds sometimes) or quick audio edit, ive found some free app from them. the software is not super beautiful, but does the job perfectly and its free. Ive seen loads of bad reviews (as well as good ones), but i cant say nothing wrong. Ive had no issue at all. I really appreciate they work and if i need to use the software more often i'll be happy to get the paid version to support them.

not happy at all with your customer approach! After several years of using NCH Videopad (pro version) I bought new laptop and downloaded new version. To my surpise my previous "lifetime" purchase was not valid for anymore so I tried to work in free version which was a disappointment. I am not a pro but when I realised that even cutting sound from video is not availabne I was quite upset. In Q & A section of their web they recomend to download older version in this case what I did. After working for couple of hours a bug occured - for 5 times in row in 20 minutes! This required either restart of app or...purchasing latest version - bugs free per NCH. So here I go again, I can use version I paid for and used for years, but now full of bugs or use latest free version without key features or BUY new pro version. Sorry guys, this is such a disapointment!!

Harass to provide codes after purchases Even though I purchased licenses for Mixpad multitrack and VideoPad Video Editor, It seems that NCH is determined to harass their clients into providing codes constantly. I repeat, I purchased these licenses. What is wrong with these people? I have work to do and I can't rely on this software to give me continuous, uninterrupted services. I have no alternative to look elsewhere.
