The IT support team is exceptional. If the issue or question cannot be resolved during the call, the IT team always returns your call in a timely manner. Having the billing module integrated with the EMR is a huge time saver. Reporting capabilities are very good. Just overall very happy with the product and the service. Recommend without hesitation.

GBAverage Okay system to use. No dermatology focus. A lot of features such as pictures, diagram are not functional. Not good with update their features as well as notify user if any changes.
