GBThey don't mention that they don't help… They don't mention that they don't help you with anything, so I just ended up wasting my money because I didn't know how to set it up.

GBGreat hosting provider I've been using NodeClusters for over about a year, and it may not be perfect, but for the low prices, it is well above what I would expect, I heavily recommend Node for anyone with a low budget, have not had any issues that staff haven't been able to help with. Love them!!

CLBad support and several issues There are several outages and their support team is very inactive, response times are so slow and they have a lot of technical issues that makes you to move on to another web hosting.

GBPoor Performance and Unreliable Infrastructure I rented a VPS from NodeClusters a little over a year ago because of their promise of "unlimited bandwidth" and because the price seemed reasonable. As it turns out, "unlimited bandwidth" means all the traffic you can push at 2 Mbps. Both standard and premium plans feature "Up to 250Mbps or 1Gbps." What I understand now is that "up to..." means that theorectically, under perfect conditions, you might momentarily get a few bits through at that speed, but expect about 1% of that in actual use. About half way through my 1-year subscription I got a short, terse email from NodeClusters with the news that "...due to a drive failure, all your data is gone." So they don't get a smiley face for robustness either. Yes my stuff was backed up but chose to cut my losses with NodeCluster and host elsewhere.
