GBI was experiencing some wonky behavior … I was experiencing some wonky behavior while on-line and then a couple days later, with access to programs on my laptop. It took a quick click to the support dept and a few hours to find something else to do and my computer was tuned up top notch! Thanks, Guys!.

GBREGCURE Use Poses some problems REGCURE cleaned out my registry, and left some anomalies, which cannot be rectified despite several attempts. My computer starts slower, which is understandable as it is a custom built "Borg Cube" with 14 TB's of storage and 32 G's of RAM. I have yet to see any real benefits from using the software. Perhaps there are fixes in an upgrade.

GBOverall not bad at all Overall not bad at all. Only concern would be, does RegCure maintain currency against all of the fast chsnging threat profile. This requires they not be reactive but proactive.

AUWhen I needed help all I got was a … When I needed help all I got was a referra to Tech?? who offered me not a solution for my problem but invitations to sign up for virus/malware protection ranging from $USD999 down to $USD500. I had my problem fixed by a local techo.

GBI would have rated Regcure a five but … I would have rated Regcure a five but for the so called mail in rebate that assumes a printer and is willing to or has the time to jump through their hoops in order to get the so called rebate. I like most people I know don't consider mail in rebates anything more than scams. You folks have a good product, but you muddy its reputation with this so called rebate. If your going to give a discount then give it. Otherwise don't expect your customers to jump through your hoops like trained animals and like it. In closing, just to let you know. I haven't taken the time to research other programs similar to yours, but I just might take the time. Is it really worth it to loose loyal customers for a two bit scam?
