I've ordered a broken phone for cheap price i thought is unlocked but it wasn't. when i contact the website chat after receiving the phone they asked me "have you read the item description before you ordered ? " . i know it was my mistake and is hard for me to return now because i live in india.

i hesitate before i ordered I am normally hesitant when ordering from an unknown entity on the internet. this website doesn't have a lot of reviewers . I got what I ordered in better than defined condition and a timely manner. They kept me well informed as to the status of my order. I will definitely return to them if I need something they have to offer. The only issue I had was that they didn’t include a SIM card with the phone so I couldn’t set it up until I went to my service and got one. This was a minor inconvenience which will NOT impact future orders.
