Would recommend it highly to anyone needing to make that international call to Kenya in a less expensive way. There's also the credit coupons that come along once in a while and that adds up too. Topping up your credit is also very easy, just follow the prompts and click your top up, then proceed to making the call..all in one step!!

Telephone Kenya is a great Telephone service. l have used Telephone Kenya service for over 10yrs.This service is great, very convenient.It has even improved much, like recharging the account has become very easy. When the money runs out the phone cant just disconnect, but gives an option to recharge the account so that you can continue to talk.The important thing, is to keep the card number in the head , that is try to remember your last card number so that you don't have to look for the card to recharge the account. Accumulation of points is another great service. l have accumulated up to over 2000 points. l recently translated my points into money and it became $28, it cant be better than that. With Telephone KENYA service, you don't loose minutes, it is always intact.l would be glad to refer somebody, l have referred my friends .Another service l enjoy , is that l no longer dial common Telephone numbers l regularly call, l simply hit the number that l have saved for that telephone number and the phone just connect. Your company offers a great service Your company offers a great service. It is only that the phone call disconnects when the credit runs out instead of recharging automatically which it does anyway. I wish the call would continue without interruption. Otherwise I would rate it at 5 points. Very respectful.

Auto-recharge not working I use the auto-recharge option so that I can continue making phone calls without a break. A few days ago the auto-charge stopped working. When I checked to see whether it had the correct card details stored I found it did. I had to recharge manually with the option to use auto-recharge. Prior to this incident it has worked well for a couple of years.
