Very reliable It has been a very reliable way of making phone calls to Kenya in a cheaper way. I have had no issues ever since I started using telephoneKenya several years ago!

The app hangs which is annoying at times you can't buy credit You can't transfer credit you have bought online to the up which is crazy. I have been using it for 3yrs but I think.im at a point Im changing to another provider.

Your company offers a great service Your company offers a great service. It is only that the phone call disconnects when the credit runs out instead of recharging automatically which it does anyway. I wish the call would continue without interruption. Otherwise I would rate it at 5 points. Very respectful.

A very fast and reliable service A very fast and reliable service i use since years. And even if there occur some issues, which does not happen often, the competent service team is superfast and superfriendly. Therefore a 5/5 rating is accurate here in my eyes.

Auto-recharge not working I use the auto-recharge option so that I can continue making phone calls without a break. A few days ago the auto-charge stopped working. When I checked to see whether it had the correct card details stored I found it did. I had to recharge manually with the option to use auto-recharge. Prior to this incident it has worked well for a couple of years.
