GBTaskworld is a great tool to keep track … Taskworld is a great tool to keep track of projects when there are many cooks in the kitchen and many stages to the cooking! It's not only a great thing for visual memory but having the drag-and-drop aspect of tasks helps folks like me who appreciate the physical action to help associate memory with completed tasks. It's an extremely intuitive system with tons of great features (like timing your task, assigning various labels to things, and assigning tasks) and doesn't take too long to get into the flow of things!

GBTaskworld Review So far Taskworld has worked well for me. There have been a few minor bugs (i.e. sometimes there is a lag for notifications) but otherwise it has worked smoothly and has been tremendously helpful in organization.
