NLFraud Ok, I have agreed to a refund for an expired lifetime license for MBAM. I'm still waiting for the refund. I don't care about the terms of service since the statute of limitations is 12 years. A week later I still haven't received my money. I will let the cops handle it. Another complaint to the Police for a second lifetime license is in the making.

AUOne small gripe One small gripe - Once I paid, I got the following confirmation message "Hello! Thanks we got your order!, we will send you an email with activation code and download link in a few minutes! Thanks Blue Jade Softwares". This is misleading as I only got my activation code 9 hours later after I sent an email to find out what is happening. Possibly change the message.
