A neat piece of software with a great support team I have been using Noteburner for almost 4 years - it's a great piece of software to build your own music library. The various options for output music formats is really good, I usually covert with at 320 kbps and 44.1 kHz. Recently, during a version upgrade the product failed to register due to an updated backend software, I had to exchange a few mails with the support team (JOJO) but it was sorted fairly smoothly.

I've written to customer support and based on other people's experience, I suspect I will hear nothing useful. That's a scam. Do not waste your money
