Good Job Okay, we had a sizable hiccup on my last purchase and it took a little while and a lot of communication to get it resolved but Go Peachy fixed the issue. This order was perfect: delivered quickly, packed securely, and all the movies were as described.

I ordered 3 Dvd's packageing was… I ordered 3 Dvd's packageing was totally inadequate hence two of the 3 cases were damaged. I contacted co 2x with no response. Will not buy from this co again.

No response to a month of emails… I've sent GoPeachy a number of emails about the non-existent tracking number they provided. It's been a month of me trying to get a response, and then an answer to my question - but they simply aren't responding. Very frustrating. I'm very close to making a report to Ebay. A great way to buy movies and save money! This is great company, and an even greater way of grabbing a good supply of entertainment at a good price. I've purchased a lot of used product from GoPeachy and have always had a good experience. If anything is wrong with my order, they are quick to try and help to fix it.

Dropped the ball, unable to contact them I ordered a dvd directly from their website a couple years ago and received the order no problem. But this month I placed another order with them, and never received the dvd or an email saying it had been shipped. I tried emailing, using their contact form, and calling - their email address and phone number were invalid, and I received no response on the contact form. I got my money back through Paypal, but I won't be ordering from this company again. I feel like they were good/legit before (especially based on the earlier reviews), but now they've either dropped the ball or gone out of business without saying so. Maybe if you're still inclined to order from them, try contacting them first to see if they've fixed up a way you can actually reach them again.
