GBBuyer Beware Site says order processing in 1-2 days, nothing after one week. Emailed company with no response, left message and emailed again with no response. Emailed to cancel order and issue refund...no response. Filed complaints with BBB and PayPal and still haven't heard anything. Found other reviews with similar experience, buyer beware.

GBeveryone is complaining about a mouse⦠everyone is complaining about a mouse preorder, but i bought existing products and they are fantastic, the phone case in brass and rosewood is just rock solid quality, the charging stand matches it perfectly and now it just looks like a piece of art on my desk. had a hiccup with ordering but it was because they were sending it to themselves in order to send it to me because the distribution company wouldnt send it to uk from brooklyn, looking forward to getting more products.

NLArt-mouse, great company! After gathering some courage as I had read some quite bad reviews, but also read about the difficulties this small company has had with producing their new mouse since 2018, I decided to order one. Admittedly, they are not cheap for a mouse, but they ARE cheap for a piece of art, and this mouse is both!!! It has a relatively heavy feel to it, which, IMO, is only nice. And then the tactiles: so nice to touch and hold the rose wood and aluminum! It operates extremely smoothly: no hickups whatsoever, and a nice response from all 4 mouse buttons. The scroll wheel runs incredibly light: lovely! And then the two indicators on the side: that makes it pure art: awaken the mouse by one mouse-click, and both mechanical arrows, one indicating the channel chosen for "talking" with the computer, the other showing how much charge is left in the battery, which had been sleeping in the zero-position, jump into their appropriate position! This is so much nicer than a led-light!!! About the company: they sent the mouse immediately after I had paid, it arrived within one week (mostly waiting at the Dutch customs), I had a few questions by e-mail, and they were replied to the same day: very trustworthy!! I can only recommend both the company and the mouse!!!

BEThe artist-entrepreneur (fail) Jonathan has been busy taking care of his art business. It probably came out of hand to pull off the mouse project the way he once intended. Despite every possible problem he might have encountered in the process of making it happen, it is very unfortunate that he has failed to honor the trust of hundreds of buyers / bakers to this project. In the course of the months, we are left with terrible excuses and a promise that the long wait will be worth an amazing mouse experience. Because no one has every received any mouse from him, and for over a year every excuse laid on external factors, I can only condemn Jonathan as fraudulent . Because there is no guaranty for refund, no customer service, no regular updates, no concrete proofs of the production in progress, no estimation for any phase of the production... we are finally allowed to call it EXOvault a big SCAM. Too good to believe. A beautiful piece of art to be seen only on screens.

GBEXOvault is Incredible EXOvault is incredible. I've had the Europa case in Brass for years and this thing ages like fine wine. The brass patinas beautifully from the oils in your hand and looks more like bronze over time. I'm happy to see the cases coming out for the new phones!
