GBI've been using GrooveHQ for over 1… I've been using GrooveHQ for over 1 year now and I feel compelled to write this review. When I started Groove wasn't perfect, but it was still pretty great! They had a few bugs to flush out, but they had a mobile website and desktop version that were functional. Fast forward to one year later, they shut down the mobile website (forcing you to an iOS or Android application) that is filled with bugs and issues. You can't even open PDF or .txt attachments in the app. The previous mobile web version would push to opening on your mobile device in another app, but not Groove. Normally, when a company plans to offer a mobile application (iOS or Android) they keep the mobile web version running, but Groove literally killed it overnight and flooded my mobile workload with over 6 months worth of headaches. And if I don't take additional time to email support and report these bugs then nothing changes. It feels like I'm the only one using their android app. A few weeks later, they fix the problem, but this is a waste of time. Especially if you are already paying for the service. I believe Groove will be a useful tool in the next few years, but right now, it's a beta service that is making poor choices when it comes to new additions. We've even spotted security bugs that raised some eyebrows over the past few months. Please Groove, hire beta testers instead of beta testing on your customers.

NL2+ years and still rocking it! Been working using Groove for more than 2 years. Every new updates makes it better than the last version. New features are always amazing and well explained in a direct easy way with small videos. AI implementation was my fave, made easy to personalise email according to each customers

GBGame. Changer!! Groove has been a game changer for our Finance team! It has allowed us to successfully gain visibility into the various requests from our customers and is playing a huge role in team members being able to support each other more effectively! The Groove support team has been helpful when needed. Overall, we would recommend this platform to other businesses.

GBDon't trust this website Don't trust this website, they took money out of my bank without my authorisation, still trying to get a refund. They say you only learn by mistakes, I'm paying for mine. Leave well alone. Disgruntled person.
