I bought a plugin I bought a plugin. the file I downloaded was with a name a bit different then the original, and when I tried to update I got an error message. I emailed the tech support a few days ago, asking for the right plugin or a refund, and got NOTHING back. Lost my money!

No license No license They say that it’s mentioned in terms and conditions but why not in a main page? Can’t get support because of this

Appears to have registered a… Appears to have registered a confusingly similar name to WooGang which became GPLchimp. I requested a refund after realizing it wasn't the same place, no response several days later.

Excellent Website and Support I am a freelancer and I am looking for products without support, as I know the basics on WP. When I look to buy plugins, support is always included with it, and this makes the cost so much higher. Instead, now I have found out WooGang. They provide the original file as described, without the support for a very low price. This makes perfect sense to me as a freelancer. I am really very happy and I wish all the best to the team out there.
