GBThey will auto-renew you for WAY more than you think Unbelievably bad customer service. Bought a one-year contract, had no idea that it was going to automatically renew. It automatically renewed for a LOT more money than I paid for the first year. I have gotten ALMOST ZERO leads, and even less good ones. When I asked for a PARTIAL refund, once I saw that this renewed for ALMOST $1,000, they replied that I missed my 14-day window and it was non-negotiable. I will be filing this review every single place I can find so that people don't fall for this company's terrible antics.

PTGreat Product + Great Support Just wanted to give a quick review to anyone interested in OptinMonster. It’s a great product with tons of customizability and features. Literally more options than you can try out. Diverse triggering abilities and easy integration with other platforms or webhooks. In addition, the customer support is top notch! (literally never had better, shoutout to Mustafa who has helped me countless times) Couldn’t be happier!

GBExcellent customer service! I've had excellent experiences dealing with customer service. They were kind and helpful. I had trouble creating a popup at first, but they walked me through it and even assisted in the creation on their end! Great company, and definitely the best popup plugin I've ever used.

MXRefund scam I wasn't expecting to be charged during the trial period, so I've tried cancelling my subscription. The website said that is an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee. However, it is impossible to open a ticket when I select the option "I would like to request a refund". Is it a coincidence? I don't think so. I just want my money back. As soon as possible.
