Competent, patient, and easy to talk to I had a great on-line conversation with Jeff. He was so easy to talk to and quickly was able to provide a solution to my problem. I especially was glad that he was able to log into my computer to facilitate the remedy. Jeff was kind, understanding, patient, and competent. The price was reasonable, too. My go to computer tech Jeff is competent and professional. I was unable to send or receive email in Outlook on my computer. He created a new Outlook profile and setup the account. This corrected the issue on my computer. He worked very hard to resolve the issue.

The local repair guys charge $90 to just look at my computer, no extra fee for condescending tone. Jeff's fee structure could not be fairer.
