Jeff is the best Jeff is the best. He has helped twice now. I'd say I'm a seasoned user of PCs, but I'm not a tech. I tried everything I knew to fix my problems. Nothing worked. The local repair guys charge $90 to just look at my computer, no extra fee for condescending tone. Jeff's fee structure could not be fairer. Even more important, he understood my issues instantly and resolved them in about 15 minutes – with no condescending tone. Knowing Jeff is out there gives me a wonderful feeling of security around my computer. If a software issue can possibly be fixed, he will fix it. I feel safe on my device again, all thanks to Jeff Jeff was absolutely phenomenal in helping me solve a really bizarre problem. Somehow, someway, someone was able to install software on my personal laptop that was remotely sending my info and activity to who knows where?! Jeff didn't skip a beat and devoted the next nearly 2 hours to solving this creepy problem. He poured through every conceivable hiding place to make sure the tracking software was gone. I can't thank, nor recommend Jeff enough for helping me feel safe using my device again. 5/5 all around!

That Tech Jeff is a miracle worker That Tech Jeff is a miracle worker when it comes to getting a computer up and running after it crashes. He did things that I would NEVER have been able to do. My computer suffered a bad crash, and he brought it back like it was a simple thing for him. He has the patience of a saint and will stick with it until it's taken care of. He says he won't charge you if he can't fix the problem, but I can't believe there isn't anything he can't fix.

When your Stuck turn to Tech Jeff My computer started acting up and I was getting messages that I had no space for emails. I have numerous accounts some Hotmail and Gmail accounts. I went on the Outlook site, logged in, and just started deleting old files that I had since 2013 to March 23rd at 10:30 everything just stopped. I should note that I use my Hotmail account to read my Hotmail and two Gmail accounts. My storage space was reduced but still no more emails. Time to get Jeff. I set up an appointment and off we went. Two hours later the problem was resolved and I was up and running again. The man knows his s..t - no other way to put it! I have recommended Jeff to others and they all have raved about his skills and tenacity in resolving your problems. I hear the same old stuff about someone getting access to your computer but as I tell them anyone you call will have access to your information. If you want someone who will treat you respectfully and have your satisfaction at hand - Jeff's your guy!
