The product that was received was amazing. I received a mid-low range Z25 AMD. I bought it for our main office computer. It is best operating Desktop that I have ever owned. The speed and functionality makes it a joy to operate. A restart of the computer takes about 40 seconds to a complete boot up. This is one of Velocity Micro's standard desktop computers. I cannot imagine the hotness of their upper line computers. It must be amazing. I would recommend to any that it is definitely worth the price to get a quality computer from Velocity Micro.

Great If you are thinking about buying a computer from Velocity, do it. I've had two Raptor Z55 desktops dating back 15+ years. Fast, smooth gaming, and reliable. My current Raptor Z55 is 6 1/2 years old and needed a power supply. Got it back, it now runs like almost new, and just about looks new. Great service department. Thanks again, Max, for doing such a great job.

Lost Confidence in This Company On 2/11/22 I sent an email to JC and VM support about an incorrect RMA'd part that I received. I left a review on Resellerratings about the issue. The review was up for over 6 months without any reply from VM. Yesterday I check on my review to see if anyone ever bothered replying to it, only to find out VM had my review removed. So, I'm posting here here about it. It's been over a year and VM still refuses to give me the correct RMA part that I paid extra for when I had my system built. I'm done with this company. In the past, this company was excellent to deal with, but has since gone downhill. EDIT: Who whomever replied from VM, Of course you won't see an open RMA, as the issue was a year ago. Please re-read my post. I have emailed VM and JC and never got a reply. So, why should I keep contacting support and JC if they won't ever reply to me?
