Very shady dealings Very shady. I order a cpu for about $500 from New Town Spares, they charged my debit card (the money was deducted), and then two days later, I get a call from one of their customer service representatives stating that something went wrong and the money never came through. Confused, I checked my bank statement; yep, -$500 for a cpu from New Town Spares. I brought this up and again the customer service representative stated they never received the money, and that I would have to pay another $500 to order the cpu again. Instead, I demanded that my original order be canceled. Surprise! A day later after I demanded my order be canceled, I was refunded $500.
