The customer support team is friendly, responsive and quick to resolve any issues that arise. Plus, the call quality is impeccable and I'm able to control all features from my own device. A top-notch service that I highly recommend!

I signed up with VOIPo in June 2019 I signed up with VOIPo in June 2019. Service was good until November 2019. Intermittent failure of phone service for the next two months. Owner apologized for a problem the company was having with an Integration issue. NOT HAPPY! one month refund was given. Poor explanations given by owner. Since I have a cell phone I decided to wait another month. Service got progressively better and I have had problem-free service since late January. If any other problems occur I will find another voip company. Otherwise so far so good.
