More than you can bargain for! I ordered a fair IPhone XR that to my surprise was more than I bargained for. The phone was in exceptional condition. It is red and on the silent push up and down button the red paint was coming off a little and that was it. I was surely skeptical about ordering fearing I would receive some junk but I wouldn’t hesitate to order again from Incredible Phones. This is the way to go folks an affordable high end phone at a discounted price in good physical and working condition. I am looking forward to my future purchase. 😃

The phone we received was priced right, in very good condition and even came with a case that we didn't expect. The selection of phones was great, ordering was simple and easy, and delivery was right on time. We would definitely order from Incredible again!

Any corrections or changes needed to be made to your order their on it pronto! The response time is amazing whether it’s by email, text, or phone call! Unexplained refund I spent some time on other sites before I chose yours to purchase a used iPhone. My purchase was complete only the next day my money was refunded without an explanation. I'm guessing the product was no longer available.

You sold me a phone that was out of… You sold me a phone that was out of stock. The purchase was allowed to go through and a day later I received a message that the product was not available. Your company did offer an immediate refund and a $15 credit on a second purchase. However, I bought the same device through a different company.
