GBIncredible customer service!! Incredible customer service! Our business ordered 2 screens that came in the wrong size, so we sent an email over to the team at Vintez. I received a response from Anastasia, who offered to replace them with the correct size free of charge and no need to return the old ones! Now we have the new ones and they are perfect, but I'd recommend ordering one size larger than needed for extra screen coverage.
