ZAMore time required to resolve issues We have now on numerous occasions tried to resolve CRD issues. The feedback I received from Kalinn was that we are only given a 1/2 hour slot and the allotted time is not sufficient to resolve the matters. Since the upgrade of CRD we have been experienced issues whereby CRD adds characters to certain reports and one of our critical daily reports (ADU report ) to one of our biggest suppliers has to be run manually everyday. The time slot was allocated for last night but for 22h00 SA time. We requested that the time be changed to a more convenient time.

GBNot the best experience Not the best experience. Afraid with each upgrade that it will cost me a 4-6 hours to resolve issues from the fallout. Using multiple ODBC connections in a report does not pass through to the report and the parameters for each connection must be set. Unable to get two features working - file append and creating files on a share. Spent quite a bit of political capitol at a new company obtaining the support and funds to purchase the software. Wished I'd gone with the competitors product; slightly annoyed with the entire experience if that isn't apparent. Sales and main support person are both great.

GBI've made several inquiries on an… I've made several inquiries on an upgrade path in terms of moving CRD to another server while preserving all of our current schedules and schedule related data. I've not gotten a response from anyone. They are quick to collect money for maintenance, but when maintenance is required we don't get what we pay for..
