GBBeware Virus hit my company issued computer. I followed the instructions on the screen which led me to Right Help Desk. They bounced around my computer and kept asking me if I could give them authorization to make changes which I could not. My company is the system administrator. I realized during the process that my desktop was locked down by my company so assistance Right Help Desk wanted to conduct was not possible. Right Help Desk charged me $499 for their efforts. Beware! Once Right Help Desk realized that my computer was company issued and locked down they should have advised me to contact my company, but they wanted to secure my dollars and that interest out weighed the ethical thing to do.
