I contacted the support team and they replied within the 24 hr promise mark. After days of waiting, I was planning on filing a claim. My support specialist was totally accommodating and was working to help resolve my issues. The neighbor that accidentally received my package left it on my doorstep and I was happy to finally receive it. Everything checked out great (slim, sleek, and protective) without breaking the bank.
