Tech support is always available when needed, I love the fact they have live support though discord and website chat! I highly recommend!

GSS - Great support, design, and performance. The owners/administrators of GSS are always kind, helpful, and personally get your problems fixed. The UI is clean but also gives you access to the entire server unlike other providers. The server performance is great and inexpensive. I wholeheartedly recommend GSS if you’re looking to host either a server for a small group to even professional server for a network.
