GBI was a first time customer I was a first time customer, though I had listened to the owner on 98.7 several times. I drove 75 miles one way to have service done over Christmas Holidays. I received service and return of computer exactly as service tech said. Replaced and booted new hard drive on Microsoft 10. So far everything is great, other than loosing all my favorites saved after years of storing them.

GBMatt was unable to answer some simple… Matt was unable to answer some simple questions I had about programs and some down loading things. I had a friend help me. This was simple stuff. Also the repairs were 1/2 the cost of a new computer.
