Video Converter Pro: Unable to Activate My computer's hard drive crashed, and lost everything on it. It was quite old, so I bought a new computer, and when I tried to install and activate Video Converter Pro, it refused to allow me to activate the software. I was aware of their DRM feature about this, so I tried using the tool on their website to get my code reactivated. I did not receive any email about my code being reactivated (like the previous time I had to do this). I tried multiple times, and I've looked in my spam and junk folders and disabled all filters to ensure that the email did got misfiled, with no success. I've tried contacting their support, with no responses from support. I thought maybe thier support team was just under heavy stress due to Covid, but it's been 4 months now, with still no response. At this point, I assume that I'm not going to get a response. I could buy the software again, but I should not have to buy it a second time when I have only 1 computer. I've thought about pursuing legal actions, but not sure if that would even help, considering their website doesn't show a mail address to send a certified letter, nor is there a phone number available to call. Update: I was finally able to get my Activation Code reset and can use the software, not long after making the complaint here. Upgrading from 1* to 3* review. The software is excellent (if you can get your code to work ;) )

Rip off Rip off. Licence was revoked and software went into trial mode. Licence I bought won't work, says already been used. Same computer, no changes. Scam. Going through eBay dispute now as they give 180 days. Shame, as decent software, other than that. EDIT: Recieved my money back but not because they did the right thing. Escalated to PayPal.

I give 5 star rating because I recommend this company to anyone I had a good experience with this company (Program4Pc), their products are in the filed of multimedia and work solid. The support service is fast and answers every question within minutes with an absolute solution. I hate other companies which took them 72 hours to answer your simple questions, but program4pc is the best. I am using the video converter pro 2-3 times per week to convert videos and get the great result. output file quality is perfect. I recommend it to anyone who like good product and good service.
