The phone arrives ready to get set up (with the exception of the SIM card), and has all of the pertinent parts to go with it (charging adapter, charging cord, tool to open the SIM compartment, and a screen protector already in place). I don't use the pop stand, but for those who do, there's one of those, too.

The phone show no signs of being used, no scratches anywhere, and battery life was close to 100%. This is a trustworthy reseller for refurbished and used phones. Sometimes they ran out of stock and takes a while to restock, but when they do you know you are getting a legitimate phone. They will also accurately describe the condition of the phone and give you a fair price (saving you more than buying a new phone). I decided to post a review since I'm actually looking to buy an iPhone and handing down my Samsung one to a relative.
