Best Customer Service and Computers I was in the market for a new computer for day trading. After Google searching and checking out multiple options, it was Pat at Custom Lux PCs that won my business due to the personal attention, custom build, and multiple options that fit my budget and needs. He even delayed shipping for me since I was going to be out of town so it wasn't sitting on my doorstep for a few days. The computer build is amazing and I could not be happier with it. CustomLuxPCs Went Over and Beyond Helping Me CustomLuxPCs was extremely responsive and helpful when I had a Microsoft issue with my laptop. This was not a laptop issue so technically they didnt have to help me. I spend hours on a Microsoft chat and then more hours on the phone without any solutions. CustomLuxPCs went over and beyond to help me and get my laptop working again. Highly recommend it to anyone who values customer service and the overall experience, not something you see these days.

Great computers, great prices, great customer services! This company makes great computers! They work with you to get you the computer you need for the best price. The first time I worked with them, they helped me decide what I needed that would keep the build within my budget, but still be able to give me a good quality streaming and gaming experience. They are always quick to respond if you have questions. I had my first computer from them for 2 years with no issues. Custom Lux upgraded my PC for me recently. I’m so happy with how it turned out. Their technical support is very knowledgeable if I ever have questions about setup or anything PC-related. Since I had to ship my computer for the upgrade and have it shipped back I was thinking I would be without my computer for a while, but they upgraded and shipped it back to me within 2 weeks!
