I was honestly worried since I did not know much about them, but one support session with Nancy in customer support changed all that.

WOW Had problems but it turned out, self-inflicked. I had problems with the key when I tried it. Tech help had to remove all my conflicts with old office programs. While working on it, there was no possible way I could have fixed this myself, (I know enough to be dangerous). It took some time but in the end, GREAT SERVICE and a GREAT JOB. I could not ask for more. THANK YOU!!!

have to give credit where credit is due have to give credit where credit is due, the first office 2016 key attempt had failed. replied back to email with original product key along with the issues on trying to install the product. the next day i had received response back with new key and download link that was able to activate the software. nice to see company standing behind their customers as this philosophy is lost in most companies nowadays. thank you
