GBVery happy I am very happy with the service and product. I needed to upgrade my computer on a budget. I selected a computer with specifications that would make it more suitable for video editing. I ordered an HP workstation with 64GB RAM, 3.8/3.9GHz processor, with 250GB SSD and 8GB graphics card. The support is also very good. I had an issue unrelated to the workstation but concerning a PC monitor bought elsewhere, and I received a prompt e-mail response even though it was the weekend.

GBGreat company with fantastic customer service Absolutely fantastic company with second to none customer service. Had a problem with a PC I purchased back in 2023 through fault of my own and one of the advisers was able to resolve the issue via what's app video call. Fantastic service and would highly recommend this company.

GBInitially I had to chase my order Initially I had to chase as my order status hadn’t changed in the site dashboard for a few days. I got a response quickly and they despatched my order straightaway with an apology. Can’t ask for anymore than that.

GBDay wasted waiting on a parcel that didn't come. All of my interaction with Fox in the Box was very positive. What let the service down was the courier that they used, Parcel2go. They asked me to wait in between 8 am and 8 pm and then didn't delivery the parcel till the next day, with no explanation or follow up as to how well their service was. Fox in the Box also did not follow up with a courtesy e-mail to ask how my experience was. So far, the computer is everything they said it would be. If Fox in the Box could get a more reliable courier, I would improve my rating.
