I was very apprehensive to order from… I was very apprehensive to order from MacPalace, because of some of the reviews here, and the more or less older website that they sport. But after today, I’m definitely going to give them more business. I ordered a display yesterday, which was cheaper than even buying a display from China (which I actually thought I was doing my shopping here) But instead, the item arrived in a single day… I got to call my customer and tell him that the order had not only been confirmed (I was unsure if the order would actually go through) but that the item had now arrived, and his repair was done in a single day - for a MacBook display that is usually pretty hard for me to get my hands on.) I only had one experience, so maybe not all orders go as smooth as mine, and I never usually write reviews. I was just completely blown away by the shipping time and the price of $277 for a mid 2012/ early 2013 lcd +clamshell assembly.

Worked for me. I was very worried after I made an order and then came across these reviews. My order was an international one with little chances of ending stuff back for costs reasons. I ordered a PSU for an iMac, which some people mentioned to arrive second hand. True, the shop description fails to mention that something is new or used. To be on the safe side I decided to cancel the order. It was not cancelled but instead expedited in a notice that it was shipped without actually shipping for 24h (for this you guys lose a star). The courier kept me updated all the way and it was a make or break moment for me on the arrival of the package. To my relief the power supply was new and not re-used. Installed and fired up within minutes. Happy but somewhat nervous outcome. I did not have an issue with the staff politeness, btw...

Complete Scam They listed a graphics card as Apple > Apple Mac Pro > Mid 2010. They shipped a generic PC graphics card that is incompatible with Macs, despite their name being Mac Palace, and purporting to sell used Apple products. Don't buy anything from this company. Report them to the Better Business Bureau until they go out of business, so a real used Mac business can serve the market.

Great experience I ordered a used, replacement video card for a 2009 iMac and it arrived in perfection condition, with fast shipping at a good price. I am very happy with Macpalace and would definitely buy from them again.
