I was looking to replace my… I was looking to replace my workstations GPU with one with more RAM. I found the K5000 card that I was looking for at $100 less then everywhere else. Not only was the card in pristine condition when it arrived but it arrived earlier than expected and packaged extremely well. Customer service emailed me every step in the process and answered any questions I had before purchasing. Im very happy with my purchase and will be back to shop with them again for sure.

We ordered a Dell 7060 mini-tower… We ordered a Dell 7060 mini-tower workstation from this vendor. It arrived by FedEx, signature-on-receipt. The workstation was brand new OEM, stock specs, in factory package. Everything was perfect about this transaction and the products and services ordered.

Great company I had a very good experience with the customer service from Ascendtech. I ordered a DELL VENUE 11 PRO 10.8" CORE I3-4020Y 4GB DDR3 128GB SSD WIN-10 PRO WIFI TABLET. When ordering the item I accidentally used the wrong payment method using PayPal. I asked Ascendtech to cancel my order and would reorder using a different payment method. Ascendtech responded right away. I did reorder the same item. I would recommend them to anybody that I know.
