Have not had any problems… Have not had any problems connecting…we’ve moved from Scotland to Ireland and some people in our group with all kinds of SIMS and eSIMS had some problems getting service but my service was uninterrupted and smooth.

Had an activation issue transferring… Had an activation issue transferring the Keepgo SIM card to a new phone. Online (email) help was timely, quick and efficient and despite the problem being somewhat complex Ndifreke was able to figure everything foot and solve the problem and was very pleasant to work with!

2 great years with KeepGo I've had eSIM for data with KeepGo 2 years now. KeepGo is a life saver. It really works great and I pay for what I use. All my unused data rolls over to the next month which is great. I saved tons of money using KeepGo and I highly recommend them. I have the eSIM and when I replaced my phone KeepGo customer support were very knowledgeable and solved my issues quickly.
