GBEasy to Use Easy to set up lists. Nice graphics. Let's you customize a reminder day so no extra steps for the organizer. Would love to have some more graphic options in the free version. And a separate line item in the spots for a hyperlink.

GBVery easy to use Very easy to use. I've been using this program over a decade for all sorts of school, sports and church volunteer events and it's been a huge help in organizing volunteer shifts, potlucks, snack schedules, etc.

GBSlots are tricky I still find it hard to manage slots/times.... it is confusing. I like using SignUpGenius though - especially that when you publish it, a link is automatically provided to share with families. Thanks!

GBRepeat 4 year user appreciates Duplicating yearly events I've been using this app for 4 years now and it has consistently worked for our high school ski team organization. One VERY helpful feature is that I can duplicate past events and just modify dates and slots quickly.
