GBI bought two numbers and then went for… I bought two numbers and then went for the upsell to move from number barn to number garage and then when i tried to actually use the product and text on their platform i was told i could not do so. i am requesting to have my money returned.

GBI had an issue where my account was deleted I had an issue where I did not see that my credit card on file at NumberBarn had expired. After a number of attempts my account was deleted. It was super easy after emailing support to re-instate the account. Support was fantastic sending a very detailed email and what to do next.

GBNumberBarn is as advertised NumberBarn is as advertised! After my father passed away, I didn't want to keep paying for his monthly cell phone just to able to keep his number (which he had had my whole life) NumberBarn offered the perfect solution. Later on, I transferred a second number to their service, and when there was a slight issue with the transfer going through, they were super responsive, communicated daily, and got it quickly resolved. Highly recommend!

The very first number I purchased I had a little trouble with my carrier getting it boarded over but with help from customer service from number Barn everything has been running smooth for over a year now. Just purchased the third number and using just there texting app and it is fantastic. You cannot go wrong with this company
