GBWindows 10 Product Key Activation Problems I purchased Windows 10 and did the product install. I entered the product key for activation and received the following error message "We can't reach our activation servers right now. Make sure you're connected to the internet, wait a few minutes, and try again (0X80072efe)". I reached out on your "chat" and was helped by Daniel Parker. After having me try a few things, without success, we did a TeamViewer remote connect and Daniel resolved my issues very quickly. I am now up and running and am a happy customer. GBI was a little concerned about… I was a little concerned about purchasing a key outside of M$. A couple of months after purchasing my keys, I had some authentication issues. The customer support and tech support people were very friendly and helpful. I really screwed up my system. They were patient and either directly fixed or painstakingly walked me through everything necessary to bring my systems back on-line. THIS is how I teach my COMPTia students to do Tier 1, 2 tech support. Thank you.

GBI was a little concerned when the… I was a little concerned when the Windows 10 Pro I purchased installed as a Windows Home version, then the activation code did not work either. Customer service was able to easily remedy this and I now have a great product for a great price. The only reason I am dropping a star is the instructions could have included that information from the start. But all in all a good purchase. I will buy again!

GBBest Customer Service Ever!! I messed up my trial offer of Microsoft Office 2010 and needed to purchase it. One, your website was the cheapest, but I didn't notice that what I purchased was not the same as what I had until I couldn't activate my old version. Two, your chat was available at 3 in the morning and Kylie helped me. First I asked it what happened to what I thought I ordered and what I got. Your system automatically up-graded my purchase to the professional version at no extra charge because the old version I had was not available. I'm really not good with computers and downloaded the new version and did something wrong. I activated the new version but when I went to open a spreadsheet on my computer, it asked to activate it again and then said I activated too many times and to contact Microsoft. Luckily I went back online and Kylie was available again. We worked through teamview and she was able to provide my system with the necessary information and now everything works 100%.
