GBI had no idea that my service to your had expired. I had no idea that my service to your program had expired. Your chat person identified it fast. I followed the steps to renew and that worked good. Not being a computer expert, I did struggle getting the new program installed as I did not install the down the downloads correctly. Once I figured that out everything is great. I have been using your product for many years and would recommend it to everyone that is not a computer whiz. Thanks Again

ESGood product, rubbish company The product itself is good but the service is awful. Got a problem? Tough. Support does not support. My annual payment came up and while paying it, I had a time limited chance to make another payment and no more future payments after that. That sounded good so I also paid the added payment. A month later, ASR took an illegal payment from my bank account. I complained and was told I'd get it back. Instead they took a second illegal payment. When I complained I had to send every detail including bank statements to them, then after some time, I again had to send every detail to them. And again I am told that I will be paid back at some vague future date, which I no longer believe, which is why I have written this review.

GBI needed corrupt files repaired I needed corrupt files repaired. My laptop is used on the internet everyday. Everyday use can lead to cookies, junk files, and malware issues. Upgrades can have issues with drivers etc. Dll files get deleted and can cause error issues. In all one sitting they seemed to help in speeding up my laptop and printer maintained.
