GBI am a long time user of Textellent but...improvements to Textellent had me stumped. I am a long time user of Textellent but needed some guidance to make update changes. John Manacop was very helpful in making those changes. But also suggested ways to improve our experience with Textellent. This helped us to provide additional information to our clients at a lower cost. It is not easy to get support like that. John Manacop is an invaluable employee.
