GBBill Gibbons I was very frustrated with my Hp 6500A Plus Printer trying to reset it. Every effort failed! As a last resort (if this didn't work I'm buying a new printer!!!!)I googled how people fixed their issues, and one stood out. A young lady said she contacted $25 Dollar Tech support and they fixed it. I called and he fixed it pronto, quick and easy, he also fixed my Word Document, it was causing me issues. Great guy!!!!! 5 Stars hands down!!!! Yes i was skeptical, now a believer!

GBOutstanding and Remarkable Computer Support I have used 25dollarsupport for about three years. Zino appears to be the main technician that knows everything about computer support. If i have a problem, I cannot repair, I call Zino. The troubles Zino has repaired were mostly significant problems. I have some technical capability I can repair on my own. However, I remember one issue that took Zino several hours to repair. He stayed with the problem until my system was one-hundred percent again. I do pay for an annual repair contract. Zino will call once a month to check in with you, and run a few preventative scans to see if your system is running properly. I would not trust anyone except Zino to have remote access to my computer. Zino is honest, and does exceptional technical support for a troubled computer. Thank you Zino for your helpful repair and computer support.

GBOutstanding support that fixed our problem with a Lenovo C440 all in one Had a really bad problem with a Lenovo all in one with windows 10, black screen and would not boot, could not get into safe mode, completely dead in the water. Contacted 25dollarsupport and left a message and was just about to take the unit to the Geek Squad when Zeno called me and offered to help. These guys are awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful. It took a few tries but Zeno guided me so we could get into safe mode and then fix the problem. We are so pleased, we gladly paid the $25 fee and added a $10 tip. 25dollarsupport not only fixed our problem but eliminated a trip to the Geek Squad, most likely a 2 week wait and $100 or more to do what we did in less than an hour for $25. I could not be more pleased or offer a stronger recommendation for his company. Your risk is extremely low with his company so take the chance, it sure worked for us, GT

Not only did Zino help me with my technical issue but he also helped me analyze my business system and found me several ways to save time and money.
