The completed product was always exactly what I was looking for. Also, in my experience the price was competitive. It should be noted that all communication are in writing (probably to avoid "he said - she said" situations). I never talked to programmer. So it is essential to spend the time to write clear and accurate instructions to prevent miscommunication and delays.
