I have always had Sam as my technician; & since he has been dealing with me & my computer, he has been very patient & thorough. I'm a senior, & by no means, a whiz kid when it comes to computers. Since Sam has worked on my computer, the response time when I sign in, has been fast, fast, fast. And I do so appreciate him. He is the representative for Virtual Touch Pro LLC & so I MUST give Virtual Touch 5 Stars (actually it should probably be 5 stars +) I'm so thankful I discovered Virtual Touch Pro LLC.

The one thing I love about them is, they are always available to help, but some time I feel like they don't sleep at all. I have a Mac from 2011 and it is practically purring thanks to these guys! They are incredibly helpful, super polite and they know their stuff. I would not work with anyone else.
