GBHELP I would just like to let it be known that Akhil was a life saver. I was so upset b/c I got this error msg & a Toll free #877-252-4079 came up. I called the company. They told me they were with Microsoft. I gave them access to my computer, & when I wouldn't pay the cost for their svc, they put a password block on. They said Zavions is a local security, not Microsoft. I called Zavion next. I didn't know who to believe. But I was assured that they were legit & would assist me. I was called back multiple times until the issue was resolved. I will NEVER give anyone else access to my computer. Lesson learned & when 8/28th rolls around, I will be signing up for the lifetime tech spt. Thank you so very much. I am so relieved. Ahkil should be promoted, like to management. He is an absolute asset to your company. Thank you again.

GBfeedback The experience was good, with good explanations of each step. My questions were answered. My only problem was that the woman who first took my call talked too fast and she was hard to understand. i could understand Peter and sam well. There were times when the background noise was too loud.
