GBSkeptical at first I was skeptical at first and I reached out to customer service to ask about the process and see if this company was legitimate. After a couple of days, I finally decided to sell them a phone that was no longer in use. They received the phone in about 3 days after I sent it and the initial inspection had my phone valued $2 less than what I was expecting. The first email I received in response to me asking for my phone back was tactless. The representative made their argument as to why I should take the lesser offer and included in it about my phone being “very low end”. My initial reaction was #%^*+ but after a manager reached out and called me directly to apologize for the back and forth and pay me the price quoted, I let it go.

GBThis is my first Trust Pilot review as… This is my first Trust Pilot review as frankly, I don't see the point in leaving a review for service that is average. I only see the validity in feedback if it is amazing or terrible. Fortunately, Tronics Pay is the former. Their process is simple and clear. It actually couldn't be easier. Furthermore, they paid me the same day they receieved my phone. I'm literally blown away and wish I had more cell phones that I needed to dispose of. Anyway, I too was skeptical and thought this service was too good to be true, but they are the real deal.

GBNever did business with this company… Never did business with this company before so I was a little skeptical but I must say they did what they said and I received my money as soon as my old phone was delivered to them. I do recommend this company .

GBGreat company to work with I sent in 2 older iPhone 7's used by my parents for several years when I updated them to new phones. I thought I had cleared them properly before shipping, but inadvertently left the apple ID on one of them. I was contacted by a representative to ask if I could remove it. Instead of rejecting the phone they worked with me to correct my mistake. It only took a few minutes to remove the lock via icloud and they paid me the same day.
