I got my web! I got my web! thanks to ordering.co team. I think now I understood about ordering.co style in delivering its offering, service & support. It will be the future of B2B style for us. In my country (Southeast Asia), B2B service is mostly driven by offline interaction, like follow ups & meetings.. We are also comfortable in building relationships with our customers & partners. Since covid-19 pandemic, businesses are trying to change. I feel that ur style is the future for us.

Could be a good solution. I was in contact with Ordering.co by about 4 months and the communication was excellent, sales team and tech department did a great job. Using third parties for POS integrations wasn't helpful and we didn't moved forward to get Ordering.co on board with my business but is still considered as a good solution.

They threat me and hack my site. Seriously Contact them a week ago in order to find a solution for my online delivery site. After a few coversations with tha sale team i inform them that i finally pick up a different solution. Then the conversation with their sale became very stange.... Seriously they threat me that i will go to jail if dont switch from another platform to their Ordering.co beacause the other platform is no secure, i will have gpdr issue etc Seriously ! And then they hack, as they mention my site, and stole all my users data and paswords. I dont know if they did or not... 2 years working with ordering.co I've collaborated with Ordering.co for two years now. The product and service they offer are excellent. Their product functions effectively, meeting expectations. Additionally, they are very receptive to innovative ideas, often turning them into tangible realities. Their customer service is commendable. Typically, responses are received within the same day, or at the latest, by the next business day. My only wish is that they also provided support on weekends for urgent needs. I'm located in the USA

Great App, even better Customer Service Ordering app is very complete and full of features. We have been using it for more than 3 months without issues. Patricio our account manager is also very attentive to our needs and request and it is always available to help solve any issues. We couldn't be more thankful with the great customer service.
