Elliot has consistently been the most helpful and attentive support for us. He went out of his way and sacrificed his personal time to further our project, and was always willing to make himself available for our needs and questions. Arturo consistently took a stand for our needs, and was sympathetic to our issues and was willing to do it whatever it took in order to resolve the issues we experienced. We have greatly enjoyed working with ordering, especially these two.

Would use in future! I trialled this product, but we were unable to use the third party payment processors available where I am based so had to cancel. We got a full refund and should we manage to move forward with the project in future, we would look to use ordering.co as their technology and approach is cutting edge, it wasn't just right for us right now!

Tech support was knowledgeable, though I wish they had it 24/7. We ended up utilizing another platform, but that was more a personal choice than anything else.
