This is my go-to place for custom cables! Carrie was great. She is quick to respond to questions, and (while my new order hasn't yet arrived), I'm still using my previous custom cable. It was great quality, and really makes my build so much easier.

Customer orientated Nice customer support (even though the chat was offline/busy they contacted me as soon as they were able even though I doubt it would've benefited them in the least to do so in terms of their own metrics after like 12 hours). Excellent quality custom 12VHPWR cables I reached out to ModDIY.com for a custom cable to power the NVIDIA RTX 4080 with Intel NUC 13 Extreme kit. I accidentally selected a 3x8-pin to 16-pin 12VHPWR cable with fast shipping. I received the cable within 4 days of placing the order. However, the 3x8-pin doesn't match with the PSU since I needed a 2x8-pin version. I reached out to support over the chat, and they offered a free 2x8-pin cable without any hesitation. The documentation on their website in selecting the cable is superb and I will pay more attention to the doc next time when I am placing the order for more custom PSU cables in the future.
