I purchased Touch Copy 16 to move our… I purchased Touch Copy 16 to move our iPod's music library onto a new computer. When I had questions, they were answered within a day. Some time later, I forgot that I'd already purchased a lifetime subscription and purchased it again. When I asked Wide Angle if there was anything that could be done about this, a refund was initiated that day. This is a great product from a trustworthy, honest company.

George made my experience great George made my experience great. I tried to reactivate after a factory reset and the reactivation didn't work due internal log file error. George was great to work with me to get a new reactivation code. Software works just as described, easy to use to move any file between phone and pc.

All the stars!!! I can’t believe it!! It worked!! I thought my data was lost forever. Not even Apple themselves could help me. I thought based on the ease of finding and downloading the demo and efficiency of the demo program coupled with the super easy purchasing process and extraordinarily reasonable price that this was sure to be a scam. But I was pleasantly surprised with a fantastic product!! As a middle aged stay at home mom with absolutely zero tech skills I thought I was doomed to lose my data or pay exorbitant prices to a recovery company. This was so easy to access and use and worked like a charm! And despite my being admittedly annoy with a million questions, customer service staff was so helpful, patient, and kind. They even upgraded my product!! I would definitely highly recommend this product and company!

Adam is absolutely amazing and if… Adam is absolutely amazing and if anyone there with this touch copy company in authority gets this please know that I have NEVER had anyone in any company trst me or handle situation for me whatever they may be as professionally and proficient as Adam. Good but not perfect Worked pretty well on some of my devices, but would not connect to an old iPod so I was not able to recover those songs. Also, it would be much better if it had duplication detection so it did not suck in copies of existing songs that then need to be cleaned up. That said, it did allow me to save a bunch of music from an older iPad that I would have otherwise lost.
