Caesar phoned minutes after my SOS… Caesar phoned minutes after my SOS message on Thumbtack. He got my external speakers and laptop talking to each other! He has the patience of a saint, speaks everyday plain English, and is a delight. We resolved this fast and remotely. The external speakers' enhanced sound is an issue since I've got diminished hearing and am on Zoom most of each day. Caesar's now my first call for IT matters. about services: i was uncomfortable about it, but i was able to get my computer back. the person that was helping me was very helpful and very understanding.

About Services I feel the =at the technicians were very sensitive to my understanding as to what was happening with my laptop. I have never had this type of problem on my PC, and I felt that the tech were interested in making me understand what had happened.
